Born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, Executive Chef JT Dever has loved to cook ever since he was old enough to use a knife. He is a self-taught culinary professional who prides himself on incorporating locally sourced, fresh ingredients into Ella's made-from-scratch dishes. He shares his exuberant and approachable cooking style on Ella Bistro's seasonal menu. In addition to being a gardener and wild game hunter, JT is an avid forager of wild edibles including chanterelle mushrooms, wild ramp and Ohio's native fruit, the paw paw.
Dan's great passion for cooking emerged as a teen and his natural talent for cooking kept him in the kitchen to hone his craft alongside experienced chefs. Working with seasonal ingredients, Chef Quinn cooks with soul to create deeply satisfying and boldly flavored dishes. When he is not in the kitchen, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful 250 pound mastiff as well as hiking and fishing.
