Executive Chef Dee recently joined us and he is looking forward to elevating Ella's already stellar reputation. He is working on a new late Summer menu we hope to debut sometime in August.
Sous Chef JT Dever has been in the kitchen since he was old enough to use a knife. He loves to forage and draws inspiration from being outdoors. While in the kitchen he works closely with Chef Dee to create flavors with a broad appeal so as one enjoys a familiar dish, it is as if you're tasting it for the first time.
