Sous Chef JT Dever has been in the kitchen since he was old enough to use a knife. He loves to forage and draws inspiration from being outdoors. While in the kitchen he works closely with Chef to create complex flavors with a broad appeal so as one enjoys a familiar dish it is as if you are tasting it for the first time.
